“The Nobel Prize for Economics was announced this week.  We are reminded of Elinor Ostrom, who won a Nobel Prize for Economics in 2009.  When she won, mainstream economists were stunned, since she was not one of them.  I believe that Ostrom inadvertently discovered the recipe that underlies Silicon Valley.
